Privacy Policy

Who we are
MindPod Network (mindpodnetwork.com) is an independent podcast network. This policy covers this website and MindPod Studio, our in-house tool for publishing our own videos to our own social media accounts.
This website
This is a static, informational website. It has no user accounts, sign-ups, or forms, and we do not collect personal information from visitors directly.
Embedded podcast players and linked platforms (such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or Libsyn) may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.
MindPod Studio
MindPod Studio is a content-publishing tool operated solely by MindPod Network to upload our own videos to our own accounts on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, using those platforms' official APIs.
When we connect one of our accounts through a platform's authorization flow (OAuth), the platform shares basic account information (such as display name and account ID) and grants permission to upload content to that account. Access tokens are stored on our own equipment and are never shared or sold.
MindPod Studio does not collect, store, or process any data about other users. It does not read messages, follower lists, or any information beyond our own account's content and its performance.
Platform access can be revoked at any time from the platform's own app-permission settings, which immediately invalidates the stored tokens.
Data sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share data with third parties beyond the platform APIs described above.
To ask a question about this policy or request deletion of anything we hold, email us and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date.
