Not one single human commented on this exceptionally brilliant podcast with Raghu and David. So I will.
“My, my – they are so great. I especially like Dave.”

You’re stealing my line.so great. Especially David who said . “Everything is a vehicle”‘ as a friend commented when we listened together.. ‘That’s tantra.’ Brain-hacking, mug your mind. I liked mirabai bush’s response (if i’m remembering correctly) that as a mindfulness teacher to soldiers she was working with the intention that it could be a primary tool for staying safe by being aware of the environment they are in, and better help keep the fellow soldiers safe. But the reality of other intentions is likely, and unfortunate, however as far as, asana yoga, people moving and loosening up in their bodies can only help imo. It seems that the nature of certain practices such as metta involve a resolving of misguided intentions, however as Trungpa Rinpoche posed in a question to Ram Dass, what about the black magicians? It seems there are channels where developed focus can be harmful, but maybe these techniques can be hijacked by healthy foods, edible eyeballs on broccoli? I mean mr. Potato was popular,.
