Yoga Nidra is my secret to living a life of calm. Not all the time, let’s be real, but it’s truly changed my everything. I use my body a lot. And it gets tired because of that. But we all get tired, and need deep states of relaxation. Luckily, this practice provides that. I feel it’s got magical powers. But I’ll let you decide if you feel that for yourself after you try it!
