Thupten Jinpa on Courage

1038-Geshe-Thupten-Jinpa1Thupten Jinpa Langri PhD, Tibetan born, has been the English translator to HH The Dalai Lama since 1985. He is a crucial and lucid presence at His Holiness’s live events. He has translated and edited numerous books by the Dalai Lama, as well as authoring his own books. Jinpa was a monk and is a distinguished academic, including pivotal work at Cambridge and Stanford.Jinpa is at the vanguard of neuroscience/dharmic explorations, a member of the advisory board of the Mind and Life Institute, dedicated to fostering creative dialogue between the Buddhist tradition and Western science.
